Red Nose Day, also known as Comic Relief was celebrated at Stakesby school on Friday 13th March, by children and adults buying red noses. On the day, we dressed up as something funny or in red for £1! Some people even dyed their hair red, including Miss Edwards, a year 6 teacher. We also sold lots of yummy cakes which were de-lic-ous! In the afternoon, an X-factor style talent competition was held with all sorts of amazing acts
appearing! Altogether we raised over £500!
